Wendell's Teriyaki Chicken

Wendell found this recipe at I Love Hawaiian Food Recipes here. It was juicy and very flavorful.

That looks Ono. I think I'll try the recipe. I'm always looking for chicken recipes that are not too hard to do. Thank you!
You're blessed to have a husband and son that love to cook.

Izsmom, it's good that Wendell likes to try new recipes too.

Looks and sounds awesome! For years I have mainly bought drums or breasts. But finally the past couple of years I have tried thighs and now I realize I like them the best. They seem to have a much better and bold flavor. We have a store here called Smart and Final. Last week they had chicken on sale for only $0.69 cents per pound! I finally had to get a rain check because every time I went in they were out of the sale chicken. The on sale food prices here (san diego) are amazing!

Hmmmm.... This sounds very interesting. I've never added Worcestershire sauce, mustard or ketchup in teriyaki sauce. Very intriguing.

I must thank you again for the fruitcake recipe. I made another batch to bring to California for omiyage. Art and Mom really like it! I'm sure glad I have a stand mixer though. After all these years of Art trying to find a fruitcake he likes, at last... at last!!! You have no idea! He's bought fruitcake in Italy, Portugal... all over. Thank you, thank you.

Mark, that IS an awesome sale price.

Kay, you make me so happy by telling me about your success with the fruitcake. I'll be sure to pass on your message to Wendell.

Jalna, I need to start one huli huli chicken stand here in San Diego! I would become famous like Amos! ; )

There is nothing like that here!

I've had fun at times dreaming of a BBQ trailer that I could pull around to special events or on da side of the road. Low overhead and massive food sales.

Check out this massive cooking trailer. Holy cow!
