e.l.f. Eyeliner

I bought this eyeliner from TJ Maxx.  It was only $2.39!!  So cheap, might as well try, right?

This is what it looks like.

It came with its own brush, but I used this one instead.  I bought this brush from Longs awhile back.

Can you believe . . . I really like it! $2.39!  It stays on pretty good all day too. Wendell did I good job of taking my picture, yah.IMG_8114

I love when an inexpensive item works so well!

The question is if you could close your eyes afterwards?;) btw this line is sold at target...everything is really affordable.

LOL, Susan. I was shocked that Wendell did such a good job.

Good to know, Kat!

I love the price too, Jos.

Anon, I had to open my eyes wide 'cause they looked so droopy on the first try.

Cheap is always good. Even if something is super expensive how does anyone know that it is so why spend money on cosmetics is my thinking. Unless they got special stuff like wrinkle eraser or sunblock, it's basically the same chemicals....just that the fancy packaging costs $$$$. I've used pricey cosmetic samples, like the $100 kine shadow and it still comes off. Just the name and the packaging, again.

I don't do eyeliner!....hehe

And I prefer my women natural! .....hehe ; )

But that's a pretty good deal! I totally approve!

I would almost buy anything if it's a good deal! Maybe even eyeliner! But as a gift of course! Jus hoping that she would like me! ; )

Anon, you know what cosmetic item I like but is expensive? MAC brushes. They're at least $20/brush. So if I see them at the swap meet, I scoop um up. Just had one girl at the swap meet that had a container-full. I got 4 at $5 each. I wasn't sure if they were used or not, so I just washed the bristles with soap and water before using.

Funny Mark! The way to a woman's heart . . .

How do you make your lines so straight? Mine get all squiggly, so I have to wipe off, start again . . . I guess it's b/c you use good brushes :-0

Lorna, maybe it's technique. I use my baby finger on my face to steady my hand, and then I dab, dab, dab instead of swiping.

Ahahahaha!! Yah, right, Erick.

E.L.F is always really inexpensive. I buy their stuff online and it's hard not to spend too much on orders, so much is so cheap that I fill my cart with everything and then have to edit it down to what I really went there for. I use that eyeliner you got, I really love it. All their products are great, in my opinion, except for the liquid pen stuff (liquid eyeliner pen, lipliner pen, etc.), because it's often dried out when you get it.

Anon, I had never heard about the brand before. I just so happened to see the eyeliner while I was waiting in line to pay for something else!

I still can't believe such a cheap eyeliner can be so good, Kay.

Thanks so much for this tip. They were all out at TJ Maxx, but I found it at the NEX. I'm still not mastering the application, but it really does stay on all day. I'm liking it very much! Thank you for letting us know.
