Costco's Dry-Rub Ribs

Wendell made these ribs the other night for dinner.  It was so so so so ono.  He bought the dry-rub pork ribs from Costco.  He said that it was around $3.30/pound. The slab he bought was around $20.

You no need do nothing except to cook um.

He grilled it in our little Weber over some coals and kiawe wood. He kept the cover on and let it cook for around 20 minutes.  It was kinda trial and error for him, having never done it like this before, but it was a total success . . . came out so yum yum.

Update:  Sorry, Wendell said that he did cook it for an additional 1 1/2 hours on low in our gas grill also.

While I was outside taking a picture of the Weber, I thought I'd take a shot of my cute little lemon "tree".  Five of my six seedlings are sprouting above the soil now, all in different sizes.  This is the biggest one. Isn't that amaaaazing!
