Wendell's Tuna Casserole

Wendell's made this several times already.  He got the recipe from "Dougie".  It's ono.

According to Dougie's e-mail:  Boil whatever pasta you want to use. Do it al dente, firm but not hard.  Drain, mix with a can of cream of mushroom soup and about a soup can amount of milk.

Add 2 cans of tuna, no need drain.  Mix in whatever veggies you want. An onion is a must.  Corn, green beans and olives work well. Make sure you drain the liquid from the veggies. Add plenty of shredded cheese - mozarella, cheddar and even cream cheese if you like. Spread into pan. Put some cheese on top. You can sprinkle parmesan on top.  Bake for 40 minutes.

Here's a crappy picture of some leftovers that I took to work for lunch.  I only had this much left when I remembered to take a photo.

Jalna - do you happen to remember if Wendall used the regular size or family size can of Cream of Mushroom soup? I'm guessing he used the regular size can. Thank you
