Sorry, I know I promised to show you the Mexican food we had for our Easter lunch, but I unexpectedly ended up working until 9 tonight, and this is all I got to share right now. I bought this cake from Costco for $12.99. I REALLY liked it.
i hadn't seen this entry until just now but JUST got back from costco. i think i stared at that cake for a good 10 minutes, deciding if i should get it or not (i didn't). looks sooo good!

It was a 12-hour workday for me Betty. Luckily, it's very rare.
