Costco's Caramel Tres Leches

Sorry, I know I promised to show you the Mexican food we had for our Easter lunch, but I unexpectedly ended up working until 9 tonight, and this is all I got to share right now.  I bought this cake from Costco for $12.99.  I REALLY liked it.

It was a 12-hour workday for me Betty. Luckily, it's very rare.

Grace, it kinda tasted like a tiramisu but with caramel instead of coffee flavoring. Gooooooood!!

Looks good but I didn't see it at Costco. I should look harder next time or it sell only in Hawaii.

Akemi, I wonder if they just sell it in Hawaii.

I think you'd like it Kevin . . . it's very creamy, not too sweet.

I went to Costco yesterday to buy something to take with me to a Coffee gathering. I stopped by the Bakery Dept., and just one look at this cake, I said to myself that's it. It reminded me of Tiramisu, which I love very much. So I bought one and took it to the Party. Everyone loved it and asked me where I got it. I told them from Costco. So, I am sure Costco sold a lot of them yesterday..... Jane P.

Has anyone tried to freeze this cake or a piece of it, and how did it defrost and taste?
