Rain, Rain and More Rain

So much rain, yah!  The rain let up just a little bit this morning so that I could take this picture of our back yard.

This is the first time that I've seen so much water here.

Even Kona didn't wanna go out.  If he looks a little wet it's because earlier I had walked him to go shishi in the rain. I didn't know when it was gonna let up, and I was worried because he had refused to go out last night with the thunder and lightning and all.  I held an umbrella over him so he wouldn't get too wet.  We musta looked pretty funny.

And just in case any of you are wondering about Pottery Class - Day 6 . . . me and CQ had to stay at work late again.  We were busy . . . really . . .  When I texted my sister Geri and sent her a similar picture by phone, she answered, "No act."  Whaaaa?  Me and CQ "act"?

You have a lake for a backyard. I was talking to my sister earlier, she was watching the news. She said they were saying a tornado hit Lanikai this evening. Wow, that is crazy for Hawaii. Then someone posted a video on FB of a waterspout that was seen off of Lanikai.
