OOh something to try on our tuesday night family dinners!
Does anyone have a recipe for shoyu chicken, something like the one from Kabuki delicatessin in Waimalu? It's somewhat like an oil based shoyu chicken, I think it's baked and is very tasty. Unfortunately when going there recently they overcook the chicken and the meat is a little on the dry side.
I think I could use this recipe tonight. One pot dinner is what I like. The recipe called for boneless skinless chicken yet it seems like he didn't follow exactly-I love it! I never heard of salt-free soy sauce but I will check it out next time I'm at Japanese market.

Baked shoyu chicken! Sounds interesting, Michele.
It was very tasty and fall-off-the bone, Kat.
Looks easy and ono. Adding it to my Jalna recipe list.
Yay Erick. Looks so simple that I might even try to make it myself.
I'm gonna show Randy this recipe...I'm getting sick of his recipe :)
I think my mom's had this recipe for awhile Les.
Wow, super easy. I have to try this one. I've tried several others and haven't liked it at all.
I love adobo, Betty. Hope this recipe works out for you.
