As you will shortly see, me and Wendell can grind.  And we really, really enjoyed ourselves this past Saturday at Gyotaku in Niu Valley.  We pretty much ate everything shown here, and only took a little bit home . . . *oink* *oink*.   Thank you for the gift card Dean!!

Agedashi Tofu ($5.95). I just love this.

Our dinner came with salad, miso soup and tsukemono.

Wendell's combination Tempura, Tonkatsu and Misoyaki Salmon ($19.95)

My Misoyaki Butterfish and Tempura ($22.95).  Oishiiiii!

Very nice. I've always wanted to take pics there but usually too crowded. Did you use a flash?

Thanks Lance. It's pretty dark in the restaurant, but I didn't use flash. All the pictures were shot at either 1/60 or 1/80, 1600 ISO with my 35mm f1.4 lens.

Wendell likes hamachi too Erick.

It was mmmm, Kat! Hahaha.
