I used to make this a lot back in the day when I wasn't so lazy. It's really easy to make and comes out very moist.
Cream together 8 oz of cream cheese and 4 eggs, mixing well after each egg.
Add 1/2 c. of vegetable oil
Add 1 small box of instant chocolate pudding mix
Add 1 cup of hot (tap) water
Add 1 box of Devil's Food cake mix
Add 1 package semisweet chocoloate chips (2 cups)
Makes 24 - 3o cupcakes (30 - 35 minutes) or one 9 x 13 inch pan (40 to 45 minutes) in 350 degree oven.
