Wendell's Milk-Soaked Mahi

This was really good and sounds simple to make too. Wendell said he soaked "some" mahi in "some" milk for about half hour. Then he removed the fish from the milk and seasoned it with "some" garlic salt and pepper and fried it in "some" butter and olive oil. When the mahi was done he removed it from the pan and added capers, the milk and "more" butter to the pan and simmered until reduced. He poured the sauce over the mahi before serving.
