Canon Speedlite Transmitter

I bought this flash transmitter from photographer David Lau. I've been wanting one for a long time, and I finally decided to lay out the bucks when I saw it listed on Craiglist. David was just so awesome helpful in showing me how to use it, and even e-mailed me later to make sure I was doing okay with the transmitter. I would so buy equipment from him again.

Here are coworker Cathy's daughters helping me demonstrate what the transmitter does. It fires off flashes remotely!! Cool hah!
So I set up one of the flashes on my tripod, and told the girls to hug. Soooo cute!

I got so much more to learn now, and maybe more equipment to buy . . . aiyaiyai.

Wait to you see Bonny and Will's photos. Came out nice. Must be the black background you lent me cause I had no idea what to do with the flashes except put one of the right and one of the left, both with my DIY white bounce card attached.

Shun Wah, you just attach the transmitter to your hot shoe, set the flashes to slave and that's it. It can do more than that, but I'm so not there yet.
