President's Day Holiday

I spent most of my day in Zelda-land playing Spirit Train. Yosh and Leslie are playing their own separate games too. They both started after me. I'm maybe halfway done, Yosh just finished the whole thing and Leslie blew by me a long time ago. I looooove the Zelda games cause you mostly rely on problem solving to get ahead rather than fighting skills . . . although you do need some dexterity to get through obstacles, kill the bad guys, jump on top of buildings, walk across of ice, etc. So, did I waste a whole day off? Possibly. Did I have an enjoyable, relaxing day off. YouBetcha!

I finally did take a break from my Zelda adventure in the afternoon when I met Erick at Kakaako Park. His photo club met to shoot some cars and models in the parking lot for a car club. I didn't think I could get any good photos in the mid day sun, so I strolled over to the water instead. I love the glassy look of waves when the light shines through them. Don't you?

Hahahahaha. So, you spent all day in Zelda-land too? Funny!! I never went back to Ocean Realm yet. . . I'm still in Spirit Tower roaming around. I'm afraid if I leave I gotta start all over again. And guess what . . . I went into the tower with NO POTIONS!!! I forgot to stock up on potions . . . I got me no potions!!!

Yosh, I HATE those rabbits too. I get sooo excited to find um but end up not being able to catch um. They're so many side quests, you got lots more fun stuff you can do even though you actually beat the game already.

Betty, it's a Nintendo game. I played the first Legend of Zelda back in 1987, and I've been hooked on them since.

Hahahaha!! I thought it was something like that. I am so clueless with Nintendo games.
