I got to help Erick photograph the wedding of James and Ying at the Chinese Lutheran Church today. They are the sweetest, sweetest couple, and it was an extreme honor to be able to be a part of their special day.
Wow...very nice!! the colors came out so nice..the white dress and the beautiful light yellow rose bouquet. Do you notice great improvement w/ shooting w/the 5D? I can't tell either, they're both very nice..great shooting!
Thank you Shun-Wah! I do notice a big difference in the results from the Mark II. I had to shoot in JPEG with the Mark II because CS3 doesn't recognize the RAW files. Yet the JPEG images were easier for me to post process than the RAW images that came out of my older 5D. I think the biggest difference I noticed is that the Mark II was practically noiseless at 1000 ISO.
Absolutely awesome! The colors are incredible. You get one 5D MkII, must be the colors are great. Thanks for helping with the wedding, I think they really appreciated it. Great shooting!
Thanks Erick. I am really loving the Mark II. I wonder if James and Ying know how much I appreciate being able to practice shooting at their wedding. I wonder . . . do YOU know how much I appreciate your inviting me along?
